Why assign to me?
Winner of a National Magazine Award in Canada, I've been writing for Canadian, British, French and American magazines for more than 30 years, including Glamour, More, Family Circle, Penthouse, BusinessWeek, New York, Art & Antiques and Canada's largest women's magazine, Chatelaine.
A generalist, I love tackling a wide range of topics, from health to business, design to sports and really love breaking news in complicated, untold stories -- like my expose of Mirapex, a Parkinsons' drug with serious side effects, for Chatelaine.
Passionate and knowledgeable, I studied antiques at Historic Deerfield and New York University, and interior design at the New York School of Interior Design, since using my expertise to interview top designers like David Rockwell, Karim Rashid and partners Yabu and Pushelberg.

For some, it happens quietly, slowly, insistently. It may begin in earliest childhood, while sitting in a wooden pew polished by the faith of many generations. It might be the soothing language of liturgy. It is always, finally, a feeling of coming home...
